Session 1: Facials with Head Massage

Service Description

The Art of Relaxation Suitable for ages 10–16 years Give your child the opportunity to unwind, build confidence and discover the importance of self-care in our relaxing facial and head massage workshop. During this hands-on session, students will learn how to perform a gentle facial using professional skincare products, followed by a calming head massage designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing. They'll explore the basics of healthy skincare, understand how to care for their skin safely, and learn techniques they can continue to use at home. This session is about so much more than beauty. It encourages young people to slow down, take care of themselves, develop confidence and communicate professionally whilst working together in a supportive and welcoming environment. By the end of the session, every student will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and empowered with practical wellbeing and self-care skills they can use long after the summer holidays.
